Theme 2008-2009:
Come To The Edge

Scriptures:
Deuteronomy 31:6, Joshua 1:9, Matthew 14:26-27, I Corinthians 16:13-14, Philippians 4:13

Today's time is flying by, and being a woman of today is rough, but you are not alone. God loves us and He will never give us more than we can endure, so take this day and spend a few moments reading God's word. Share with your family, your children and your friends, what the Lord has blessed you with.

Come To The Edge

Deuteronomy 31:6 - Be strong and bold, have no fear or dread of them, because it is the Lord your God who goes with you, he will not fail you or forsake you.

Joshua 1:9 - I hereby command you: be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.

Matthew 14:26-27 - But when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were terrified, saying "It is a ghost!" And they cried out in fear. But imediately Jesus spoke to them and said "Take heart, it is I; do not be afraid."

I Corinthians 16:13-14 - Keep alert, stand firm in your faith, be courageous, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.

Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through Him who strengthens me.

Food Pantry

The Upper Room Pantry is an emergency food pantry. The goal of the pantry is to help families in need by assisting with food, which will allow them to save money to pay other bills.

The food pantry does not have regular hours, but serves community members on a referral basis. The church will take referrals from local police and fire departments and pastors at churches without a pantry.
