Article X

Rules of Order

Questions of parliamentary order not provided for in the Constitution shall be determined by Roberts Rules of Order (latest edition). This constitution was adopted by the church in special business meeting May 10, 1979.

 

AMENDMENT (December 5, 1988)

Change the Women's Missionary Society (WMS) to American Baptist Women (ABW) and Baptist Youth Fellowship (BYF) to American Baptist Youth (ABY).

 

AMENDMENT (January 2001)

Change the American Baptist Women (ABW) to American Baptist Women's Ministries (ABW).
